Marketing and Design Coordinator
We are currently looking for a bright, motivated and creative individual to become our new Marketing and Design Coordinator. This is an innovated and creative rewarding role and you
will be working closely with CEO and Hepburn technical officers.
Duties are in-house and include but are not limited to:
- Corporate image and branding development.
- Producing company publications including manuals and reference books.
- Producing and maintaining company product documentation (Material Safety Data Sheets, Product Application Sheets, Product labels and packaging etc.).
- Planning, organising, designing and maintaining company exhibitions and
events.
- Provide basic in-house technical support (mobile phones, e-mail set-ups etc.)
- Design company promotional material.
- Write company profiles, press releases, newsletters and editorials (must posses excellent communication skills at all levels, both oral and written).
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Maintaining company website(s).
- Want to make a difference and help others go green.
You must have experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign and Dreamweaver. And Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
This position will suit someone with a degree in Marketing or Graphic Design. Those without a degree but have background experience in Marketing or Graphics are highly encouraged to apply.
Web Design skills are desirable but not essential.
Other languages are desirable but not essential

A Great Opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Officer to join our Rapidly Expanding Team.

Join Hepburn Bio Care! We are the leading supplier to the marine industry of environmental, super concentrated, phosphate free, non toxic products for interior, exterior and technical cleaning, including grey/black water line maintenance, and treatment of contaminated bilge and organic waste water.
Primary responsibility will include technical and training support for our cruise ship and super yacht clients, including full reporting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is likely to have
- Commitment to the environment
- Technical Marine experience or similar
- Want to make a difference and help others go green
- Possess excellent communication skills at all levels, both oral and written
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Posses good knowledge of computer programmes (excel / word / power point etc)
- Be free to travel
- Excellent English skills both written and oral
